It has been a big year for Evangelion. Throughout the year a variety of new products released, and a new film releasing early 2021. Like any fan, seeing product release for a franchise or series you enjoy is amazing; you want to support it, and see it grow, or in some cases, just wish for more product release. Let's take a look at the different kinds of Evangelion items that have released by Bandai over the year, and then take a quick look at upcoming items in the near future.

The new fall season of anime has started, and one of the newest anime to grace us is Jujutsu Kaisen. Created by Gege Akutami, Jujutsu Kaisen is set in Tokyo, and revolves around Itadori Yuuji, a boy with tremendous strength. One night, at school, a curse attacks Itadori's classmates, and  Yuuji leaps in to save them. While fighting, he consumes a special grade curse, the finger of Ryomen Sukuna (King of Curses), to defeat it. Now sharing a body with the King of Curses, Yuuji is admitted to Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu School, where he learns about other curses with his fellow classmate sorcerers, while searching for the remaining curse pieces of Ryomen Sukuna. You can watch this brand-new anime on Crunchyroll, with new episodes every Friday.

Starting today, the next wave in  the Shodo Digimon line is available for pre-order on Premium Bandai USA. Over the course of the year, P-Bandai USA has released many fantastic exclusives from various franchises, including Shodo Digimon 1 and 2 from Shokugan. On Sunday, Oct 19^th, 2020 @bandai_ridertoy tweeted about the next CSM being released. That CSM is none other than Kamen Rider Gaim!

In commemoration of the production of the new "Gaim Gaiden" announced last month, CSM has finally entered Gaim!

CSM (Complete Selection Modification) is a line of premium collectible toys featuring Kamen Riders transformation devices. These devices have more detail and address issues previously found in the original DX release. Originally known as Complete Selection (CS), and later on changed to the name we know now, these premium collectibles have been around since 2006, and have recently released a spin-off line called Complete Selection Animation, which features items that appear in anime.

Coming to the US in 2021 is PROPLICA's Tanjiro Kamado's Nichirin sword from the hit-anime Kimetsu No Yaiba, aka, Demon Slayer by Bandai Spirits. 

"PROPLICA" is a fusion of the words "Prop" and "Replica," this category has been garnered from decades of Bandai role-play category know-how and employs state-of-the-art manufacturing technology to bring realistic prop replicas to discerning collectors.

Over the years we have seen other PROPLICA products, such as the Keyblade (Kingdom Hearts), Dragon Radar (Dragon Ball), and many Sailor Moon rods and compacts released long after the series, but nothing as current as Demon Slayer. Let us take a look at the Nichirin sword!

New York Comic Con (NYCC) has just begun, and it's this time of the year that thousands of fans gather to the Javits Convention Center to celebrate all that is pop culture, comics, TV shows, collectibles, and more.
