Premium Bandai Cancellation Policy

Because the Premium Bandai product line are limited in quantity production, we are unable to accept order cancellations. 

We will neither accept order cancellations nor offer a product exchange/refund/return that is requested for personal reasons. 

Should you find missing or damaged items--or should you receive any incorrect items--please provide clear, close-up photos of the defective parts/items. Please include photos of the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom of the product along with photos of both the package and packaging.  For missing components please provide photos of where the missing component should be.  For model kit products, please take a picture of the runner missing the part (s) still sealed inside the plastic bag.   Please fill out the Returns/ Replacement form within seven (7) days of receiving the product.  

*The photo of the product you saw while placing an order may be that of a prototype. For this reason, the specifications of pre-order items or products not-yet-in-stock are subject to change.
Please keep in mind that the color, shade or texture of the item you see on your screen may differ from those of the product you receive.
